Abstract: Let Us Dance is a flash mob performance created in collaboration with young female street dancers, questioning notions of authorship in art, and the potential of unregulated collective engagement to challenge cultural and socio political hierarchies. This Collection comprises a multi-component output with contextualising information, evidencing the three collaborative flash mob performances of Let Us Dance at Spectrum Spectrum, Plateau Museum, Seoul, South Korea, July 24th - October 12th 2014; Art Paris 2016, Grand Palais, Paris, 31st March, 1st & 2nd April 2016; and Arnolfini, Bristol, UK, 15th September - 15th December 2019. Contextualising information includes a 300 word statement, research timeline, research questions, and documentation of methods and processes, including rehearsals in Seoul and Paris.
