Tactical gaming the Ukraine War of 2022.

Abstract
Wargaming has an outstanding record of modelling historical conflicts; from moving Caesar’s legions around the battlefield to running the Vietnam War. However, modelling future conflicts, our wargames are less accurate when assessing serious games from a century of professional games and comparing with subsequent wars. This lecture looked at 2 wargames about Ukraine War - both run before the 2022 war. Dr Curry's research aimed to identify good practice about wargaming future conflicts.
