Dahn, J (2006) 'Sculptor and figure.' Ceramic Review (219). pp. 34-37.
Abstract
The author argues that contemporary figurative ceramics is an 'arena where discourses circulate, collide and interact', since much of today's figurative work goes 'beyond representation' to engage 'themes like social and psychological personae, notions of presence and absence, the trace, the fragment.'
