Culture and creativity are vital to the economic and business life of Bath and North East Somerset. This Cultural and Creative Strategy Review is a strong statement of the value of culture and creativity to the local community. It is also a clear commitment to working together to increase participation in creative activities of all kinds.

Katharine Reeve wrote this strategy and was project lead on this sector-led strategy development involving large consultation events, specialist focus groups, digital surveys with 200 organisations. She worked with ACE throughout the process and advised on implementation. Celia Mead, Stephen Taylor of Bath Bridge and researcher Diana Newport Peace assisted on this. Endorsements from cultural and creative sector organisations in B&NES ‘A credible, coherent, visionary strategy for the creative and cultural sector in Bath and the area provides an essential blueprint for our development.
