Abstract: | In 'Heavy Rock | Mould', the casting process used to form the 100-tonne concrete blocks that reinforce Plymouth Breakwater is referenced throughout the creation of a plywood replica mould. This forms a pavilion-like sound space resonant with hydrophone recordings from Plymouth Sound. |
