Abstract

Professor Tracey Hill presented a talk on 5 May entitled ‘Entertaining King James’ at a public study day at Hoghton Tower in Lancashire. The talk was part of a series of events jointly organised by Lancashire University and the Tower, and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, to commemorate the visit of King James I and VI to Hoghton in 1617.
