As the UN Special Envoy on Climate Change Mary Robinson asserted: ‘the challenges of climate change cannot be solved without empowering women’. Throughout the day a range of panel talks, in-conversations, workshops and performances engaged, provoked and inspired on this topic. A key area of focus is climate’s link to health, wellbeing and social justice - all tied together by the role the arts can play in influencing thinking and sparking debate.
