Abstract
For ITE providers, the challenge is not simply whether to include GenAI within their curriculums, but how to do so in ways that: preserve pedagogical thinking; support, and navigate through effective prompting, ethical awareness (including inherent bias); consider social, political and environmental ramifications and empower teachers to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
