Artworks by Valerie Bowes and Cathy Kelly. Exhibition organised by Mary Steadman.

Valerie Bowes' work was exhibited in a variety of media as she has explored the fleeting nature of the figure in motion. The figure rises & falls, shapes dissolve into space, sometimes ambiguous, sometimes defined, capturing a moment in time, conveying a sense of emotion, seeking to understand & reflect the human condition through a combination of art & performance.

Cathy Kelly is an artist and designer specialising in costume and set for performance and installations. Working with translucent materials with overlays of drawn and digitised imagery is a intrinsic element of her work.
